Afriversity’s mission is to support the global advancement of entrepreneurship education and practice through the development of enterprising and entrepreneurial business owners with training, research, and outreach initiatives that inspire entrepreneurial thinking and cultivate entrepreneurial leadership in Africa.
A key concept that we champion is to ensure that entrepreneurial endeavors developed through this programme carry with them a societal contribution and a willingness to "pay it forward" - shared knowledge and best practice, cooperation and mentorship, future investment in helping others.

In general, applicants are evaluated on the following requirements:

* Motivation and commitment to the unique action-based learning process
* Personal responsibility and awareness
* Ability to handle risk and complexity
* Leadership
* Ambition
* Societal contribution

The admission process is carried out in two Stages:

1. Online application
2. Interviews (case and individual)

Who Participates in the Programme?

1. Aspiring entrepreneurs who are evaluating their business idea to determine whether it can be viably launched into a business.
2. Existing entrepreneurs who are looking for new, strategic focus and direction of the business they're leading.
